Inter Milan could accept €25-30 million for Christian Eriksen, according to reports in Italy.
According to Gazzetta.it (via sempreinter.com), the 29-year-old’s €7.5 million annual pay is a heavy burden for the Serie A champions. This is despite the fact that he is a key member of the squad.
The former Tottenham Hotspur man has played 33 games for Inter this season, scoring 3 goals.
It remains to be seen which clubs will be interested in Eriksen. At 29, he still has more years to play at the very top of European football.
Should he remain at Inter next season, he will most likely be important in the club’s quest for more trophies.
