Super Eagles manager, Gernot Rohr has warned Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) stars that they should avoid one-man show against Mexico.
The German tactician invited 25 NPFL players for the international friendly against the CONCACAF Gold Cup holders as most foreign based players are expected not to be available for the tie.
“I see that you are already fit physically,” Rohr said after the team’s first training in Abuja. So, it’s a very good training session. We have a wonderful game to play against Mexico and I’m here to see you and help you.
“What I want to see is collective football, not to do a one man show. I’m watching out for players that would play for the team.”
The match will be played at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, USA on July 3.
