UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov has sent a funny message to Cristiano Ronaldo and David Beckham after he was handed Manchester United’s famous number seven jersey.
Ronaldo currently wears number seven at United while Beckham also donned the number during his time at Old Trafford.
However, Khabib was presented with the number seven jersey at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon, and he took his Instagram to plead with the Portuguese star and the former England international over his choice of jersey, saying he won’t take a loss in it.
The UFC star was at Old Trafford to watch United’s disappointing 1-1 draw against Everton. Khabib was invited by United, and he was one of the few A-list stars that included Usain Bolt to watch the encounter.
The retired Russian MMA fighter is also a fan of Ronaldo and lover of the game of football. But he would’ve been disappointed to see United fail to get the three points for the second consecutive weekend.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men took the lead through Anthony Martial just before half-time, but Andros Townsend’s second half strike secured a point for the Toffees.
