New Movie: Nollywood actor begs 50 Cent for Hushpuppi role

American rapper, actor, and businessman, Curtis James Jackson III, known professionally as 50 Cent, has revealed that he is planning a TV movie series about Ramon Abbas a.k.a Hushpuppi, described by the FBI as one of world’s most prolific money launderers, AllBallerZone can report.

Recall that Hushpuppi pleaded guilty in April 2021 to one count of conspiracy to engage in money laundering. On Monday, a United States District Court for the Central District of California sentenced Instagram celebrity to 11 years and three months in prison. United States District Judge Otis D. Wright II, also ordered Abbas to pay $1,732,841 in restitution to two fraud victims.

Now, 50cent is interested in turning the story into a movie and made a big news reveal via his official instagram account, he wrote: “For my scammers I gotta do this one, Hushpuppy series coming soon ! GLG���GreenLightGang I don’t miss���.”

Interestingly, Deyemi Okanlawon, a Nigerian film, television, theatre and voice actor has made himself available for audition for the role of Hushpuppi with a direct message to 50 Cent.

Deyemi, who is best known for his roles in Omo Ghetto as Femi. Also excelled in The Saga, Blood Sisters and King of Boys (The Return of the King) is one of the brilliant actors in Nigeria and this was backed when he got listed as the highest grossing Nollywood actor of 2020 and 2021.

The Nollywood actor replied to 50 Cents tweet, he wrote: “Yo 50cent… I’ll love to audition to play Hushpuppy! ������ ������ ���”

50 Cent successfully produces great TV series like Power and shined in acting roles especially in Den of Thieves,  Get Rich or Die Tryin’ and Southpaw.<
