Manchester United will match Arsenal’s unbeaten record away from home if they can avoid defeat against Wolverhampton Wanderers on the final day of the 2020/21 Premier League season.
The other club to have achieved this in the English top-flight is Preston North End.
United defender Victor Lindelof has reacted ahead of the game against Wolves, saying that the team’s results away from home are a great accomplishment.
Speaking to MUTV’s Stewart Gardner (via manutd.com), the central defender said: “Every game is tough and to go and win, or not lose, away is a great accomplishment. It also shows, like I’ve talked about, as a team the way we have improved.
“If we concede a goal, we know we can come back and win the game. I think if we just keep working hard and doing the things we’re doing, we can do some great things.”
United defeated Wolves by one goal to nothing in the first leg.
