Chelsea legend, Frank Lampard has become the fifth player to be inducted into the Premier League Hall of Fame, Alan Shearer, Thierry Henry, Eric Cantona, and Roy Keane.
The Englishman was known for his shot accuracy and his goalscoring exploits with Chelsea, becoming the highest-scoring midfielder in the league.
Lampard joined Chelsea from London rivals, West Ham United in 2001, and he spent 13 years with the Blues before leaving in 2014.
He had 609 Premier League appearances for Chelsea, and he scored 177 goals – the highest in the league by a midfielder – and he provided 102 assists, winning 3 titles.
The 42-year-old forward will now be remembered as one of the greatest Premier League players of all time
