Kelechi Iheanacho entered the history books of the Premier League when he scored in Leicester City’s 2-1 defeat against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night.
The goal made the Nigerian the first player in Premier League history to score a goal on all seven days of the week during a single season.
Iheanacho’s form has been excellent since February and one of the major reasons why the Foxes are in with a shout to qualify for the UEFA Champions League next season.
The Nigerian has now scored 14 goals in 14 matches heading into the final game of the Premier League season at home to Tottenham Hotspur. The game could also be the final match for Harry Kane in Spurs colours after reports revealed that he has informed the club of his potential departure at the end of the current season.
