Five Super Eagles players have been dropped ahead of the international friendly game against Mexico in Los Angeles, USA on July Saturday.
25 players were initially invited to the camp of the 3-time African Cup of Nations (AFCON) Champions but three players were later added to the squad under the guidance of Technical Director Austin Eguavoen.
However, after two training sessions four players were cut from the squad while Rangers star, Chinonso Ezekwe was excused from camp to go seal a deal abroad.
The dropped players are: Ifeanyi Anaemena (Rivers United), Christopher Nwaeze (Kwara United), Shaibu Suleman(PKE FC Lagos) and Ekundayo Ojo (Enyimba FC).
