Matteo Darmian has said the Euro 2020 final clash between Italy and England will be a difficult one.
England and Italy face each other in Wembley after overcoming Denmark and Spain respectively.
The last time one of both sides won a major trophy was in 2006 when Italy won the FIFA World Cup in Germany.

Speaking to Inter TV, Darmian said: “I played in the last match between Italy and England and I hope the fact we won it is a good omen, although obviously it’s a different game tomorrow and it’s going to be very difficult.
“England have lots of top-quality players but Italy have a great team too, as they’ve shown since the first game. The whole country will be hoping they can win this important trophy tomorrow (July 11).”
