According to Sport Bild, Augsburg defender Felix Uduokhai will be made available for Borussia Dortmund if they can cough up the sum of €15 million (N6.8Billion) this summer.
The 23-year-old, who has represented Germany at the U-19 and 20 levels, is still eligible to play for Nigeria courtesy of his Nigerian father.
Bild claim that Dortmund are looking to sign Uduokhai to partner Mats Hummels next season. The young defender is still under contract with Augsburg until 2024 but would be allowed to leave if the club’s valuation is met.
Dortmund Veterans Lukasz Piszczek and Marcel Schmelzer are both out of contract and are unlikely to sign new deals while Nico Schulz have struggled for form since his move from Hoffenheim in 2019 and could leave the club at the end of the summer, creating space for the arrival of Uduokhai.
Uduokhai is a super regular for Augsburg this season, having made 26 Bundesliga appearances with a goal to his name.
