According to reports, Antonio Conte is set to agree a return to the premier league but this time with Tottenham Hotspur.
The former Chelsea manager has been without a job since leaving Serie A Champions, Inter Milan on mutual consent has been out of a job and now looks set for a new journey in England.
Tottenham sacked Nuno Espirito Santo after four months in charge of the London side following his departure from Wolves. The Daniel Levy led board was forced to sack the Portuguese after a heavy 3-0 defeat to Manchester United in front of home fans.
Skysports Italia claim that Conte is favourite to become the next manager after he was offered a 2-year deal by Tottenham Hotspurs. The club missed out on signing the Italian at the start of the season and he is expected to fly into London for face-to-face talks on Monday which may eventually lean into signing for them.
Tottenham are currently placed eighth with 15 points from 10 games after winning five and losing five.
