Super Eagles Captain, Ahmed Musa is confident that passionate Ghanaian fans won’t scare the team when both sides meet at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Kumasi on Friday.
The three-time African Champions will battle their bitter rivals in a two-legged World Cup play-off for a chance to pick one of the five tickets available for Africa.
Musa claims that previous experience of playing in hostile grounds will help him and teammates weather the storm in Kumasi against the Black Stars of Ghana in front of forty thousand expected crowd.
“I have not played in Ghana previously but I have played at grounds where the fans are very passionate so this will not be a problem for us as a team. We do have the experience,” Musa said during the Press Conference on Wednesday in Abuja.
Nigeria will play Ghana on the 25th and 29th of March in the crucial World Cup play-off games.
