Interestingly, Ndiaye was at the center in the pulsating group game between Ivory Coast and Sierra Leone which ended 2-2 as he allowed for a free flowing game without much stoppage.

Nigeria won Group D with three wins which gives them advantage of playing at a familiar terrain against Tunisia, who finished as one of the best losers in Group F. The match will be played inside the Stade Omnisport Roumdé Ad jia in Garoua by 8pm (NGA time) on Sunday.
